1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Guest

Guests can cancel their reservations through our website under the following conditions:

  • Flexible Rate Bookings

    • Free cancellation if done at least 2 daysbefore check-in.
    • If canceled within 2 days of check-in, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount applies.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings

    • These bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.
    • The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
  • No-Show Policy

    • If the guest does not check in on the reservation date and has not canceled the booking, the hotel will charge 100% of the total stay as a no-show fee.

1.2 How to Cancel a Booking

Guests can cancel their booking through:

1.3 Cancellation by the Hotel

The Classic Pivot reserves the right to cancel reservations due to:

  • Unforeseen operational issues.
  • Failure to meet booking requirements or fraudulent reservations.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
